Q. How will my order be sent to me?
A. Please see our Shipping Information for more information. Our delivery areas and postage price structure are divided into four groups: UK, EU, Europe, and International. If you are unsure as to which group your delivery address falls into, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

A. We want to make returning a product as simple as possible. You can see our policy on returns and refunds HERE.
Q. What countries do you ship to?
A. We try and ship everywhere in the world! Please contact us with any specific questions so we can help you further.
Q. Can I collect my order instore?
A. Yes you can! Please see the Instore Pickup section HERE. We request that orders for collection are picked up within 30 days. In the event that an order is not collected within 30 days we will release the order back into stock and issue a refund.
Q. What if something I want is out of stock?
A. Sometimes an item will be showing as out of stock whilst we await a new delivery, which can be frustrating. Please do contact us and we can give you more information. We want to help you get what you want!
Q. Is it too late to change my order?
A. Not necessarily. As soon as you know that you wish to make an amendment please get in contact with us and we'll see what we can do to help.
Q. My order is a gift. Do you include price information in the packaging you send out?
A. Don't worry, we don't include price information in our packages.
Q. Do you ever offer discounts?
A. We sometimes offer discounts on our online store. The easiest way to check is to keep an eye on our Social Media channels.
Q. Can I come and visit the shop?
A. Yes you can! We have a physical shop as well as our online shop, and we would be happy to welcome you. Our opening hours are the same as the Museum opening hours, but you are welcome to visit the shop without visiting the Museum. You will find us HERE.
